Responsibilities
- Independently perform complex controls tasks and advanced financial analyses including EVM, Risk Forecasting, Risk Management, Change Management, Cost Control, Scheduling Management.
- Lead financial meetings and provide recommendations to PMs and executives.
- Assist in developing internal controls, templates, and reporting dashboards.
- Support company-wide initiatives to improve cost and schedule performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business or Finance.
- 10+ years of project controls experience in the construction or engineering industry.
- Proven expertise in Excel and cost tracking systems.
Nice to have
- Experience with CMiC, Power BI, and scheduling software (Primavera P6, MS Project).
- Working knowledge of federal contracts and contract compliance requirements.
- Physical Demands & Work Environment
- Site work may involve extended periods of standing or walking and required PPE, with potential exposure to heavy equipment, chemicals, dust, fumes, uneven terrain, and extreme weather.
