About the role
- Assume ownership of overall project execution beyond assigned trade contracts.
- We are looking for a Senior Engineer to join our Operations team on our project in Shippinport, PA.
- This is a full-time, in-person position.
Responsibilities
- Track, review, and validate monthly payment applications for trade contractors.
- Manage cost control and issue resolution, including change orders, RFIs, and proactive identification of potential risks.
- Read, interpret, and apply construction design documents and specifications.
- Lead with integrity and exemplify Holder's culture by mentoring and developing junior associates on the project.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in construction/engineering field OR 3+ years of equivalent work experience.
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment.
- Required:
- Outstanding communication and time management skills.
- Basic understanding of construction tools like Bluebeam, SketchUp, Navisworks, BIM360, etc.
- Preferred:
