About the role
- As a Solutions Engineer at WorkOS, you'll sit at the intersection of engineering, product, and sales and work directly with customers to solve real problems and accelerate time-to-value.
- This role is for engineers or solutions engineers with strong fundamentals, excellent communication, and unusually high agency.
- Share structured feedback with Engineering and Product to improve the platform based on real-world usage
Responsibilities
- Lead demos and proof-of-concepts
- Identify blockers early, propose solutions, and drive momentum without waiting for instructions
- Partner with Account Executives to support evaluations and expansions
- You'll be customer-facing, but you'll also build: prototypes, integrations, demos, and pragmatic solutions that unblock adoption and expansion.
- Own technical outcomes end-to-end: discovery, architecture, implementation, iteration, and handoff
Requirements
- Strong engineering fundamentals and comfort building across APIs and web stacks
- Pre-sales experience
- Proven ability to communicate clearly with customers and internal teams
Nice to have
- Experience in developer tools, integrations, customer engineering, or technical consulting
