Responsibilities
- Collaborating with Sales Management to identify and prioritize opportunities, and to assist in developing winning sales strategies
- Working with Cadence Engineering and Marketing to communicate requirements and drive resolution of issues
Skills
- BS in Electrical or Computer Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of practical experience with Cadence custom schematic and layout tools is required
- Must possess a working knowledge of electromagnetic solvers and analog simulation
- CAD experience in setting up Cadence tools is desirable
- Experience in parasitic extraction flows is a plus
- Strong problem-solving, communication, organizational, planning, and presentation skills are essential
- Ability to work independently and productively in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- The annual salary range for California is $123,200 to $228,800.
- You may also be eligible to receive incentive
Compensation
- Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure.
- Please note that the salary range is a guideline and compensation may vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
