Responsibilities
- Perform system monitoring, failure reporting, and corrective-action duties, which are crucial to improving productivity and acceptance of the mobile equipment fleet.
- Enhance customer satisfaction by ensuring optimal performance of the fleet during operation, as well as the service provider during maintenance and repair, by providing the necessary support to maximize efficiency and value for all parties involved.
- Perform physical inspections of the complete fleet every two weeks, as signed by the Saturn Manager.
- Ensure all employees on an assigned shift deliver the daily work schedule on time, in full, and in a quality manner.
- A leader who can coach, support, and develop employees on assigned shifts.
- Advanced mechanical skills, including the ability to read electrical diagrams and work with hydraulic systems to support daily maintenance requirements.
Requirements
- A strong communicator with demonstrated listening skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- A High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- 5+ years of relevant work experience.
- Assist in ensuring that the maintenance program meets the performance, reliability, durability, and operational characteristics required by the customer.
- Travel Required

- Demonstrable understanding of mechanical and electrical (AC and DC) troubleshooting skills.
- Leadership and coaching skills to guide employees effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- General computer knowledge required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
