- Lead enterprise rollouts end-to-end: onboarding, enablement, internal champions, and scaled adoption
- You're analytical and operational, using data to prioritize and drive action
- The first step in our journey is to build the best tool for professional programmers, using a combination of inventive research, design, and engineering.
Requirements
- You can translate customer needs into clear technical plans and measurable outcomes

- You're already a Cursor user (or power user of modern AI coding tools) with strong opinions about what great looks like (big plus)
