Responsibilities
- Partner with Engineering and AI/ML teams to design and ship agentic pipelines that reason across heterogeneous data sources - from telematics and field data to customer complaints and service records
- Build the short and long-term roadmap for agentic tooling by integrating customer feedback, emerging AI research, internal data, and strategic initiatives to continuously expand Axion's platform capabilities
- Deep familiarity with the agentic AI landscape - LLM orchestration, tool use, multi-step reasoning, human-in-the-loop design, and agent reliability challenges
- You'll work in close collaboration with our Engineering, Design, Solutions, and Operations teams.

Requirements
- 3+ years of Product Management experience with at least 1-2 years working on Agentic solutionsL or automation-heavy products
- Experience translating complex AI and data system capabilities into intuitive, high-value product experiences for non-technical enterprise users
- A firm believer in a "Data First" philosophy with the ability to make confident decisions in ambiguous situations
- Experience at a venture-backed startup
