- Engage Senior Therapy is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team, delivering compassionate care at assisted living facilities in Concord, NH!
Responsibilities
- Our team is committed to delivering compassionate, relationship-centered care that helps patients maintain mobility, independence, and confidence in their daily lives.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that focus on improving mobility, reducing pain, and enhancing overall function.
- Document patient care services in compliance with state and facility standards using EMR.
- Develop bonds not just with patients, but with their families, doctors, and fellow team members, ensuring collaborative care and successful outcomes.
Skills
- Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program.
- Active or pending state license to practice PT.
- Passion for delivering quality, evidence-based patient care.
- An interest in working with the senior population and helping them regain independence.
- Superior customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
Compensation
