Responsibilities
- Lead FSQA programs and supplier food safety compliance initiatives within the poultry category
- Develop and maintain product specifications, quality requirements, and food safety documentation
- Support commercialization efforts for new and existing poultry products
- Lead food safety and quality programs across a key poultry supplier network with enterprise-wide impact
- Partner with Operations, Product Development, Category Management, and Risk on strategic initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Safety, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of food safety and quality assurance experience within poultry, food manufacturing, or restaurant systems
- Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMPs, FDA Food Code, and food safety regulatory requirements
- Experience managing supplier food safety programs, audits, and corrective action processes
Compensation
- up to $118,000 + Bonus
