Maintains and conducts related activities to ensure an accurate inventory of property and departmental assets.
Implements and sustains an accurate charge capture process.
Implement measures to align surgeon preference cards with procedural requirements.
Build new procedures in EHR
Creates and manages reports and dashboards related to goals and business objectives as set forth by Chief of Surgery, CNO, OR Committee and Director of Surgical Services and provides information to the Director of Surgical Services.
This position will develop, evaluate and maintain creative, progressive, internal documentation and reporting to support the operational and strategic needs of the department.
This position has primary responsibility for establishing and maintaining effective systems support for surgical services.

Registered Nursing Degree
Comprehensive knowledge of surgical procedure supplies, implants and/or tissues.
Expansive knowledge of surgical procedures and documentation.
3-5 years Perioperative/OR experience in a clinical capacity
Direct experience with performance improvement, quality management and standards compliance.
Cerner/SurgiNet Electronic Health Record
