Our client is a globally recognized, privately held boutique investment bank focused exclusively on the technology sector.
Headquartered in San Francisco, the firm operates with a lean, high-caliber team.
The firm seeks a Senior Corporate Counsel to join its lean, high-caliber legal team.

Prepare and maintain engagement letter forms and precedent.
Support the General Counsel in advising deal teams on public transactions, including review of proxy disclosure drafts and preparation of relationship disclosure letters.
Partner with the General Counsel to shape the firm's approach to AI - evaluating emerging tools, advising on responsible implementation, and ensuring the firm's policies and practices keep pace with a rapidly evolving landscape.
General Legal Support
Support short- and long-term legal department needs as they arise.

5-7 years of experience at a leading law firm, preferably in M&A or M&A litigation.
J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the State Bar of California.
Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills
comfortable working closely with a small, high-performing team.
Sharp, collaborative, humble, and driven - culture fit is highly important to this client.
The position is based in San Francisco at Three Embarcadero Center, with an expectation of three days per week in the office. Compensation is competitive with a targeted range of $325,000-$375,000 all-in, structured with a significant bonus component consistent with the firm's banking compensation model. Overall compensation will be determined by years of directly relevant experience and demonstrated success. Solutus Legal Search has been exclusively retained for this search.
