About the role
- Graco manufactures and markets premium equipment to move, measure, control, dispense and spray a wide variety of fluid and powder materials.
- Well, we pump peanut butter into your jar, and the oil in your car.
- We glue the soles of your shoes, the glass in your windows and the screen on your phone.
Responsibilities
- Perform work in accordance with established QMS/ISO requirements.
- Maintain and report inventory accuracy.
- Maintain housekeeping and organization of the department and work area.
- Perform other duties as assigned, including shipping/receiving functions, material handler etc.
- Ability to set up and perform operations where quality, tolerances, and operation sequence are of critical importance.
Requirements
- High school degree or equivalent.
- Must have a good understanding of blue prints, and ability to read and follow operation layout instructions.
- Ability to stand/walk/sit, for up to eight hours.
- Required to occasionally stoop, bend, lift and load up to 40 pounds.
- Reaching, grasping, gripping and fine manipulation with hands is required.
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Maintain required work quality and output.
- Operate test equipment to ensure product meets all required test specifications.
- May be required to train or direct work of co-workers.
- May be required to perform minor maintenance of equipment.
