About the role

  • This role is responsible for coordinating and producing high-quality, compliant proposals and submittals in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Responsibilities

  • RH2 Engineering is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Proposal Coordinator 2 to support the firm's business development and marketing initiatives.
  • Team Building & Community - Office social events, all-company retreat, and paid volunteer hours to encourage local community involvement and partnerships.

Requirements

  • Ability to Lift 20 lbs. with or without accommodations.
  • The ideal candidate brings prior proposals experience in the architecture, engineering, or construction industry, exceptional organizational abilities, a collaborative approach, and a customer service mindset.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field required
  • equivalent work experience may be considered.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of related experience in the AE&C industry experience required.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • Previous experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat).
  • Experience with Deltek VantagePoint preferred.
  • Highly motivated with strong follow-through and time management capabilities.

Skills

  • Work independently on assigned tasks with limited supervision, ensuring high-quality deliverables aligned with organizational standards.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.

Compensation

  • RH2 has an excellent multi-component compensation package built to recognize and financially reward our employees' contributions throughout their career with the company.
  • Individual base compensation will vary within the range of $35.00-$41.00/hour based on skills, qualifications, and experience as they relate to the requirements for this position.
