Responsibilities
- Perform initial screening consultations for member enrollment utilizing Twin guidelines
- As a remote friendly company we are committed to providing opportunities for all who join to further build relationships, increase cross-functional collaboration, and celebrate our accomplishments.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of clinical practice experience
- Ability to work closely with Advanced Practitioners including NPs and PAs and providing clinical oversight
- MD/DO with ABMS Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Practice
- Active CA state license and multiple state licenses or ILMC Compact preferred
- Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on clinician-patient interaction
- Available to be on-call one week out of each quarter
- Willingness to learn new technology platforms (with training)
- Willingness to complete interactive video-based consults as needed and deliver care remotely
- Passion for revolutionizing how we manage and treat chronic disease

- This role is full time, Monday through Friday, three shifts 11am-7pm and two shifts from 9am-5pm PST and an on-call rotation.
- An active CA license is required with multiple state licenses or an ILMC compact license preferred.
