Requirements
- Strong bias for action: ability to anticipate needs, problem-solve, and operate with urgency in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Nice to have
- Oversee budgets with discipline, proactively communicating overages or funding requests before they occur.
- Hold Sales accountable to event expectations and ensure teams operate within approved budgets.
- Bachelor's in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or relevant field preferred
- 2+ years of B2B event or field marketing experience (within the technology industry is preferred)
- Immaculate attention to detail, organizational skills, and accountability
- Experience managing and reporting on budgets
- Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, and Canva preferred
- Negotiation skills and experience managing third-party vendors

Compensation
- The expected base salary range for this position is $82,000 - $98,000 CAD per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
- In addition to the base salary, the compensation package may include bonuses, commissions, equity, and other incentives.
