About the role
- We have an immediate need for a Field Application Engineer to join the Testing Verification & Validations team.
- The atmosphere of a small company with the resources of a global organization with offices in Europe, the Americas, and Asia.
Responsibilities
- Provide strong technical support for PC-based network tools used by product developers and test engineers at OEM's and suppliers.
- Maintain excellent knowledge of Vector test and validation tool chain features and operation.
- Proactively initiate customer contact to develop positive, long-term, business relationships.
- Provide customer training services, including helping to develop courseware and providing instruction in classroom and workshop environments.
