About the role
- The Event Travel Manager will ensure maximum revenue generation in all areas of Reed & Mackay Event Travel while always ensuring significant return on investment to the client
- This may require helping with basic cancellations, changes, and updates to hotel, flight, car, and/or rail bookings.
Responsibilities
- Assist our travellers with best-in-class personalized travel support, by helping them resolve issues before, during, and after travel. This may require helping with basic cancellations, changes, and updates to hotel, flight, car, and/or rail bookings.
- Maintains thorough project documentation to ensure contract and documentation policy compliance (i.e., service agreements, SLAs, etc.)
- Support Team Lead
Requirements
- Professional oral and written communication skills required
- Client facing video calls for setup and project management required.
- Knowledge of internal communication tools - Slack
- Ability to multitask with a desire to resolve urgent matters as quickly and efficiently as possible.
- Experience and ability to adapt and thrive in a hyper-growth environment
- Proven record with strong customer service skills and strong CSAT positive outcome.
- Participate in regular team meetings to ensure you are up to date on new product launches, industry updates and exciting team initiatives and programs
Nice to have
- One to three years of Group Travel planning experience preferred
- Navan TravelXen knowledge is preferred with strong understanding of travel bookings.
Compensation
- $68,000 - $70,000 USD
