About the role

In this role, you'll oversee and coordinate renovation construction activities across the region, playing a key part in delivering high-quality projects from start to finish.

You'll work closely with in-house technicians and subcontractor crews to keep work moving efficiently, maintain strong production standards, and ensure quality at every stage.
Maintain open communication with field personnel and partners to expedite decisions related to on site concerns.
Manage job flow based on payments.
Monitor/control re-work and develop processes to eliminate occurrences and reduce related costs.
Develop new quality standards in key areas as needed.

Strong oral and written communication skills and skilled in the ability to determine customer needs/requirements.
Proficiency with scheduling tools (i.e. Pro Edge) Travel Requirements 0-5% Other Requirements Self-motivated, pro-active, result-oriented professional with an ability to work with minimum direction.
Primarily sedentary work performed in an office environment Ability to communicate promptly and clearly via phone and computer ACKNOWLEDGEMENT Position duties and expectations change over time.

General Summary of Position Responsible for coordination of the Renovations construction-related activities within region.
Oversees in-house technicians and communicates directly with subcontractor crews to maximize their production and quality of work.

Maximize crew capacity and production by fully implementing and using internal software scheduling tools.

By partnering across teams and communicating directly with customers, you'll help create a smooth, well-coordinated construction experience-one that reflects pride in workmanship, accountability, and exceptional customer service.
Work closely with Admin to ensure our backlog is communicated properly to the Renovation Specialists and in turn to our customers.
Proactively communicates with customers to resolve any issues.
The employee may perform other related duties as assigned to meet the ongoing needs of the Company.
