  • About our Culture:
  • Our mission to change behavioral health starts with us and how we operate.
  • We don't want to just change behavioral health, we want to change the way startups operate.
  • Here are a few tactical examples:
  • Improving accessibility and quality of healthcare is something we live and breathe.
  • Everyone on Camber's team cares deeply about helping clinicians and patients.
  • We have to have a sense of humor.
  • Healthcare is so broken, it's depressing if you don't laugh with us.
  • About the Role
  • We're approaching 100 mission-oriented builders who want to change healthcare, and need someone to own technical recruiting as our hiring across engineering and data accelerates.
  • You will partner closely with leadership, hiring managers, and candidates to attract and close top technical talent across software engineering, infrastructure, security, product engineering, data, and AI/ML.
  • We'd also love if you can jump into and own searches in operations, customer experience, and GTM, based on business needs.
  • This is the biggest needle mover for our success!
  • Thinking outside of the box is the baseline.
  • Lead with data: You know your funnel top to bottom, where the leaks are, and already have 5 ideas on how to fix it and iterate.
  • Scale hiring throughput and efficiency: We want to double our engineering team in the next few months.
  • That will involve better, new strategy and execution across the board.
  • You should be excited about this challenge.
