About the role

The position of Technical Manufacturing Chemist II is within our Infectious Disease Developed Markets business unit located at Scarborough, Maine.
Responsible for coordinating work of manufacturing and/or research engineers/scientists and technicians. 
Responsible for characterizing the performance of materials, processes and products. 

Responsibilities

Provides advanced technical support toward the accomplishment of manufacturing and product development objectives 
May work with test requestors to develop test programs, formulate test protocols, and choose appropriate test equipment. This will include supervision of fabrication or selection of new equipment as needed. 

Requirements

Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) in a Science related field. 
Knowledge of Database software

Familiarity with national and international testing standards related to mechanical and chemical testing
