About the role
- Join Strategic Therapy Associates and help at-risk youth and families in Virginia!
- As a Family Coach, you'll guide clients toward better social engagement and improved relational interactions.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members.
Nice to have
- Experience with at-risk youth/adolescents is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to pass background check & TB screen.
- Team player, organized, and a self-starter.
- Willingness to transport clients.
- Available for afternoon/evening hours.
- Bachelor's degree (or currently enrolled) in Human Services field (Social Work, Psych, Counseling, etc.).
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, personal vehicle, and good driving record.
Skills
- Teach coping skills and anger management techniques.
