Responsibilities
- Image computers and perform post configurations
- Work with Dell support to coordinate warranty replacements
- Work with Support Center department to assist with support incidents/requests
Requirements
- Maybe you are taking technology courses or pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field and need experience to supplement your classroom knowledge?
- You should be familiar with popular operating systems and have the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- High school diploma required
Nice to have
- Familiarity with our industry is a plus
- Understanding of iOS and Android
- Understanding of Windows 10
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Multi-tasking abilities
- 8:30AM-5:30PM weekdays
- up to 28 hours/week
