Requirements
- Master's degree in counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
- Strong working knowledge of CBT, DBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed care
- The ideal candidate is comfortable working with both adolescents and adults.
Nice to have
- EMDR experience is preferred
Compensation
- The pay for this position is up to $100,000 annually

- As a Mental Health IOP Therapist at Concerted Care Group, you will be at the center of patient care-building strong therapeutic relationships and delivering high-quality, evidence-based treatment.
- You'll lead Mental Health IOP Groups, facilitate individual and family sessions, and contribute to integrated treatment plans within our innovative and integrated behavioral health model.
- Provide individual and group psychotherapy for adults in our Mental Health IOP program
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and level-of-care determinations
- Design and deliver engaging psychoeducational and skills groups focused on emotional regulation, coping skills, and mental wellness
- Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, nurses, PRP, and fellow therapists to provide integrated mental health care
