Requirements

  • Master's degree in counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
  • Strong working knowledge of CBT, DBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed care
  • The ideal candidate is comfortable working with both adolescents and adults.

Nice to have

  • EMDR experience is preferred

Compensation

  • The pay for this position is up to $100,000 annually

  • As a Mental Health IOP Therapist at Concerted Care Group, you will be at the center of patient care-building strong therapeutic relationships and delivering high-quality, evidence-based treatment.
  • You'll lead Mental Health IOP Groups, facilitate individual and family sessions, and contribute to integrated treatment plans within our innovative and integrated behavioral health model.
  • Provide individual and group psychotherapy for adults in our Mental Health IOP program
  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and level-of-care determinations
  • Design and deliver engaging psychoeducational and skills groups focused on emotional regulation, coping skills, and mental wellness
  • Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, nurses, PRP, and fellow therapists to provide integrated mental health care
