About the role

- This position provides administration of network and communications systems, including, but not limited to, IT Specialist systems.
Requirements
- BS + 2 years of experience OR HS with 6 years of experience OR AA with 4 years of experience
- Experience with Help Desk and must have a demonstrated ability to communicate well both orally and in writing and have a positive customer service attitude Highly Desired
- Must be DoW 8140 under the Work Role Code 411 -Technical Support Specialist - Intermediate level or higher by 1 Oct 26.
- The IT Specialist must have solid technical skills, with experience in a variety of network protocols, software, and hardware involved in IT Specialist operations.
- Experience with Help Desk and must have a demonstrated ability to communicate well both orally and in writing and have a positive customer service attitude
