Work From Home Support
All Whatnauts are expected to develop a deep understanding of our product.

Roll up your sleeves and get in the field alongside your reps - joining calls, supporting key deals, and modeling best-in-class sales behaviors
Work closely with peers across Marketing, Product, Finance, and Operations to align the sales motion with broader business priorities
Recruit, onboard, and ramp new sales hires as the team scales
Foster a high-energy, coachable, and performance-driven team culture
You have a history of exceeding sales goals in a high-volume outbound sales environment
Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment
Proficiency in CRM systems and advanced sales analytics tools for tracking performance and creating reports
Expertise in sales automation tools to streamline workflows and improve team efficiency
