Responsibilities

  • At Hasbro and Wizards of the Coast, you'll collaborate with passionate teams to reimagine our iconic brands and create experiences that spark joy, connection, and community through the magic of play.
  • The Gathering® and Dungeons & Dragons® to our growing multiverse, we continue to innovate and build new ways to foster friendship and connection.
  • This role partners closely with external developers, publishers, and internal teams to help deliver high-quality gaming experiences that align with brand goals, production expectations, and player needs.
  • Lead licensed console and PC game projects through all phases of development, launch, and post-launch support.
  • Partner with external developers, publishers, and platform teams to keep projects on track and aligned with business goals.
  • Manage production schedules, risks, and deliverables.
  • Review game builds, creative assets, marketing materials, and milestone submissions to ensure quality and brand consistency.
  • Collaborate with internal Brand, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Product teams throughout development.
  • Help evaluate new licensing opportunities, development partners, and publishing initiatives.
  • Support problem-solving across teams and help drive projects through production challenges.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in console or PC game production, publishing, or interactive entertainment.
  • Strong understanding of game development pipelines, certification, and digital publishing.

  • The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, location and market conditions.

Compensation

  • $126,600 - $230,500 USD
