Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive assessments for patients across the lifespan
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory standards
- Collaborate effectively with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
Requirements
- Ability to remain composed and effective in high-pressure situations
Nice to have
- Basic Life Support (CPR). required
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS). required within 6 months of hire
Compensation
- Commensurate with experience
- The Registered Nurse in the Monitor Bed Unit (MBU) provides direct, patient-centered care utilizing clinical expertise, critical thinking, and evidence-based practice.
- This role involves continuous patient monitoring, timely intervention, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Continuously monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to clinical changes
- Perform comprehensive assessments for patients across the lifespan
- Interpret cardiac rhythms and respond appropriately to abnormalities

- Recent Critical Care and/or Medical-Surgical experience required
