About the role
- Bosch Home Solutions is seeking a Material Handler.
- This role is responsible for moving materials, loading and unloading trucks, and supporting daily production and inventory operations.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily forklift inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate documentation for material movement and storage, utilizing scanners and other technology to ensure accurate tracking of materials
- Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement support
Requirements
- The employee may be required to perform other related duties as requested by the company
Nice to have
- Operate sit‑down, stand‑up, or reach forklifts to move materials throughout the facility
- Load and unload trailers, pallets, and containers safely and efficiently
- Supply production lines with raw materials and remove finished goods
- Follow all safety rules, traffic patterns, and PPE requirements
- Assist with inventory counts, staging, and general warehouse organization
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience operating forklift, inventory, material handling strongly preferred
- Ability to read operational and quality specifications
