Responsibilities
- Lead delivery execution across a portfolio of concurrent engagements - owning scope, timeline, margin, risk, and stakeholder communication end-to-end.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client executives - driving alignment, resolving escalations, and building the trust that turns one engagement into a long-term relationship.
- Lead commercial conversations with clients around change requests, SOW amendments, and scope governance - protecting margin while preserving the relationship.
- Partner with Technical Leads to shape team composition, adjust resourcing across project phases, and coach team members on performance and growth.
- Drive risk identification, mitigation planning, and resolution across complex, multi-workstream engagements.
- Our team collaborates directly with clients, taking a consultative approach to turning complex challenges into successful projects that deliver business value.

Requirements
- We're a technology consultancy where senior leaders operate with a high degree of resourcefulness and independence.
Nice to have
- Delivery depth - 8-10+ years of progressive delivery or project management experience in a consulting or client services environment.
- Executive presence - you've been the primary point of contact for VP/C-level stakeholders on large projects.
- Enterprise fluency - you've operated inside enterprise-level organizations - navigating procurement, governance structures, and multi-stakeholder decision making without getting rattled by complexity.
- A collaborative and coaching mindset - you succeed when your team and clients succeed.
- Bachelor's degree (Business, Technology, or related field preferred).
