- Location: Boise, Idaho Organization: TRICA – Treasure Valley Institute for Children's Arts Position Type: On-call / Part-time
Responsibilities
- Support classroom routines and arts-based activities under the direction of lead staff
- Maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom atmosphere
- Ability to follow established routines and collaborate with the teaching team
- TRICA provides meaningful experiences in the arts taught by outstanding and loving educators, inspiring the children of the Treasure Valley to develop attitudes and values contributing to a stronger sense of community, humanity, and good will.
- Substitutes provide classroom support when regular staff are unavailable, helping maintain a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for children ages 2½-9.
- TRICA is a growing organization and this could lead to more hours as we grow.
Requirements
- Experience working with 2.
- Experience in an art form such as Art, Dance, Pottery, Painting, Music
- Currently in Teacher Training Program (not required)
- Background check required prior to hire.
