Responsibilities

  • Performs plumbing repairs and checks on hot water and boiler systems.
  • Uses blue prints, reads and interprets schematics, and building drawings, and equipment manuals.
  • Maintains records of repairs and equipment readings.
  • Maintain labor and materials records and prepare reports.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • One year (30 semester hours) of accredited college work with courses in civil, mechanical, or electrical engineering may be substituted for each year of the required experience, with a maximum substitution of four years.
  • Must have current Texas Driver's License and be insurable by TWC's vehicle insurance provider.

Compensation

  • The salary for this position is $3,293.41 - $4,907.00 per month, depending on qualifications.
