Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Lead the integration and professionalization of the firm's business practices.
- Process Standardization: Identify and implement consistent operational processes across departments.
- Technology Integration: Assess and implement technology solutions, including AI, to improve efficiency.
- Case Management & Data Hygiene: Standardize use of CloudLex, improve data entry consistency, and build reliable reporting so leadership can trust operational metrics.
- Marketing & Growth Support: Serve as a credible operational counterpart to marketing vendors, help leadership evaluate marketing investments and recommendations, and support growth initiatives tied to brand expansion and referral relationships.
- Implementation Support: Learn the firm's current operations, identify practical opportunities for improvement, and help turn agreed-upon initiatives into clear action plans with follow-through.

Compensation
- Target salary range of $120,000-$150,000, with flexibility for exceptional candidates.
