About the role
- The role of Audience Engagement Manager acts as a bridge between digital editorial and production to increase reader engagement.
- As Audience Engagement Manager, you will:
- track audience analytics and identify goals for engagement growth, providing regular reporting to the VP and President.
Responsibilities
- be a team player and work closely and collaboratively with team members to create the best products possible
- proactively suggest changes to processes and procedures to help create efficiencies and improvements
Requirements
- Regular in-person team meetings and attendance at events are required.
- As the Audience Engagement Manager, you are passionate about creating, optimizing, and distributing digital content to grow and interact with online audiences.
- You have the expertise to edit copy for digital platforms and analyze performance data, shaping stories for maximum audience impact.
- You can work efficiently under deadline pressure and are a collaborative team player.
