Requirements
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience working with open-source software and development tools
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker
- Experience collaborating with systems analysts, project coordinators, and technical teams to evaluate and define application migration paths
- Experience working with relational databases, including MySQL and PostgreSQL
- Expert knowledge of HTML, XHTML, and CSS with practical web development experience
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment
Nice to have
- JavaScript frameworks (Angular preferred)
- SQL Server and MySQL
- Entity Framework
- Linux command-line interface (CLI)
- Experience migrating applications to the Microsoft Azure cloud platform
- Possess a Microsoft Azure certification or the ability to obtain one
- Expert knowledge of modern web development standards and best practices
- Experience modernizing legacy applications and performing technology refresh initiatives
Skills
- Assist with application migration to the Microsoft Azure cloud platform
- Ensure applications comply with federal accessibility requirements, including Section 508 and WCAG 2.x AA standards
