About the role

  • The role works closely with the property management, facilities, and investments groups, relying heavily on trust, strong interpersonal relationships, and consistently providing accurate and reliable information.
  • The asset management team is charged with representing the owner's interests in managing the ongoing financial performance of the portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and demonstrate command of the physical and operational aspects of assigned assets
  • Manage joint venture relationships at the asset level
  • The role requires thought leadership as well as strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills to develop relationships and effectively execute investment and operational strategies.

Requirements

  • BS/BA is required.
  • A valid driver's license and current automobile insurance are required.
  • Travel is required, including overnight trips.
  • The individual must have the ability to travel via all forms of commercial transportation, as required, and have the ability/access to drive a car.
  • Prior experience working in an investment or acquisition capacity is beneficial, but is not required.

Nice to have

  • The preferred candidate will have 7 years or more of experience.

  • Participate in the preparation and review of annual budgets, reforecasts, and monthly variance reviews
