Responsibilities
- Perform the change overs, coach new employees, develop and implement new process in the production area.
- Senior Operators are expected to be support to all Processing Operators
Requirements
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Ability to ready and speak basic English
- Ability to make simple math calculations and measurements
- Ability to use basic tools efficiently and make proper mechanical adjustments
- Wear all required protective equipment
- Ability to follow and set a prime example for following Food and Safety guidelines
- 3-5 years of experience working for the company in a prior Packaging and or Processing position.
- Minimum 1 year experience working with tools and troubleshooting knowledge running 4 lines
- Verifying that all personnel are fully trained and assigned to the corresponding areas and a support like specialist job duties as required.
