Responsibilities
- Direct and lead maintenance staff in everyday scheduling, preventative maintenance, repair of all production equipment and resolve equipment related issues.
- Collaborate with the Maintenance team, Planner and Parts Clerk to Maintain equipment and parts inventory using available resources to continuously minimize downtime and organize Maintenance Workshop
- Develop and maintain a Continuous Improvement and Open mindset amongst technicians.
- Provide and document continuous feedback to all technicians in such a manner to continuously develop skills and motivate them. <span data-ccp- ="no
