About the role
- All patient access staff is responsible for the delivery of exceptional customer service.
- This position is generally a front line staff position which includes encounters with patients in person or over the telephone and requires a unique skill set to be successful.
Responsibilities
- Maintains patient confidentiality at all times.
- Telephone support as needed: answers phones in a pleasant and cordial manner and redirects calls appropriately

- One year of customer service experience; previous experience in health insurance or medical setting preferred.
