Basic knowledge of clinical dental/orthodontic equipment, sterilization techniques, and safety protocols.
Administrative Strengths: Solid organizational skills (helping handle clinical scheduling, patient records, and chairside inventory).
Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a friendly, customer-focused attitude that instantly makes patients feel at ease.
Safety & Compliance: This is a safety-sensitive position and requires successfully passing a pre-employment drug screen.
Patient Care: Warmly welcome patients, guide them through their treatment steps, and provide clear oral hygiene instructions.
Sterilization & Setup: Prepare, clean, and meticulously sterilize orthodontic instruments and treatment bays between appointments.
