About the role

  • Working closely with operations and engineering teams, this position plays a key role in maintaining equipment reliability, safety, and process performance.
  • Our Instrumentation & Controls Craftsperson play a critical role in plant reliability and operational excellence.
  • The starting pay for this position is $39.99, with progression to $43.58.

Responsibilities

  • Perform calibration, testing, inspection, and maintenance of field instrumentation including pressure, temperature, flow, and level instruments
  • Install, maintain, and repair pneumatic, electronic, and digital instrumentation systems
  • Perform functional testing and documentation of calibration results in accordance with company and regulatory standards
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance, calibration, and testing activities
  • Support housekeeping and safe work practices in assigned areas

Requirements

  • The following are required for the role
  • Familiarity with DCS and PLC‑based control systems
  • Experience working with diagnostic and test equipment
  • Ability to safely work on industrial electrical systems relevant to Instrumentation
  • Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and material handling equipment
  • Knowledge of safety, environmental, maintenance, quality standards and procedures
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate plant vehicles
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, with or without accommodation
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Journeyman‑level skills in instrumentation and control systems with the ability to pass and maintain qualification testing
  • Basic computer skills using maintenance management systems and Microsoft Office applications of Excel and Word

Compensation

  • The base salary offered is determined by factors including but not limited to education, experience, skill sets, and geography.
