About the role
- Working closely with operations and engineering teams, this position plays a key role in maintaining equipment reliability, safety, and process performance.
- Our Instrumentation & Controls Craftsperson play a critical role in plant reliability and operational excellence.
- The starting pay for this position is $39.99, with progression to $43.58.
Responsibilities
- Perform calibration, testing, inspection, and maintenance of field instrumentation including pressure, temperature, flow, and level instruments
- Install, maintain, and repair pneumatic, electronic, and digital instrumentation systems
- Perform functional testing and documentation of calibration results in accordance with company and regulatory standards
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance, calibration, and testing activities
- Support housekeeping and safe work practices in assigned areas
Requirements
- The following are required for the role
- Familiarity with DCS and PLC‑based control systems
- Experience working with diagnostic and test equipment
- Ability to safely work on industrial electrical systems relevant to Instrumentation
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and material handling equipment
- Knowledge of safety, environmental, maintenance, quality standards and procedures
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
- Valid driver's license and ability to operate plant vehicles
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, with or without accommodation
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Journeyman‑level skills in instrumentation and control systems with the ability to pass and maintain qualification testing
- Basic computer skills using maintenance management systems and Microsoft Office applications of Excel and Word

- The base salary offered is determined by factors including but not limited to education, experience, skill sets, and geography.
