Responsibilities
- Lead and conduct software development and sustainment activities for project and integrated logistics systems
- Perform systems analysis, systems architecture development, and technical solution engineering
- Provide systems/equipment support and troubleshooting for multifaceted environments
- Lead or support Test & Evaluation activities, including test planning, execution, data analysis, and reporting
- Support logistics system workflows, data integration, and performance assessment
- Collaborate across multidisciplinary engineering teams and government stakeholders
- Ignite Digital enables national security agencies to accelerate decisions, elevate operational outcomes and achieve the outsized performance only an inside partner can deliver.

Requirements
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a DoD SECRET Security Clearance
- Experience leading engineering or software technical tasks
- Bachelor of Science degree in one of the following fields:
- Must be actively working toward one of the following within 18 months of role start:
Nice to have
- Systems Analysis
- Systems Architecture
- Test & Evaluation
- Three (3) years of technical experience supporting software development and maintenance projects/programs
- Experience with DoW C4ISR, maintenance, logistics, or business systems highly preferred
- comparable complex‑solution experience may be accepted with COR approval.
