Responsibilities
- AI-Native Product Leadership You actively use AI tools in your own workflow and think deeply about how AI changes user behavior, interfaces, operations, and software design.
- Cross-Functional Leadership You communicate effectively across engineering, implementation, leadership, operations, design, and customer-facing teams.
- Startup Execution Mentality You are comfortable operating in ambiguity, moving quickly, iterating rapidly, and helping create structure where systems are still evolving.
- Experience partnering closely with engineering and design teams in high-growth or fast-moving environments
- Active daily user of AI tools in your own workflow
- Experience building products involving clinical workflows, documentation systems, auditing systems, or operational automation
Requirements
- Strong understanding of AI product design, AI workflows, prompt systems, structured outputs, or AI-assisted operational systems
