Requirements
- Doctorate (Academic) or work experience of 2 years, Master's Level Degree or work experience of 4 years, Bachelor's Level Degree or work experience of 5 years
Nice to have
- Strong background in engineering or the physical sciences and demonstrated analysis and problem solving skills
- Good understanding of Optical, Electromechanical and Software systems and their interactions in the context of complex industrial equipment.
- Strong diagnostic and trouble shooting skills in optics, opto-mechanics, and motion control systems
- Experience with lasers and illumination systems, CCD/CMOS cameras is a plus
- Experience with scripting languages, such as Python, would be a plus
- Agility and ability to thrive on a fast paced program and respond quickly to field and internal escalations
- Industrial experience in one or more of the following:
- o System engineering

Compensation
- $159,500.00 - $271,200.00 Annually
- Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
