About the role

Responsibilities
- Technical analysis, design, and programming for complex business applications.
- Participation and leadership of all aspects of the SDLC for application development and application support.
- Works with clients and BSAs to understand requirements and develop application changes that meet business need in a creative and productive manner.
- Provides subject matter expertise and leadership to contractors and partners assisting in application support.
- Documents all work.
- Ability to perform complex analysis, design, development and unit testing.
- Ability to guide support staff in the areas of UNIX, WAS, MQ.
- Ability to perform presentations and facilitate meetings to effective results.
Requirements
- Understanding and experience with industry standard analysis, documentation, and development tools such as SQL, RAD, jbuilder, jprobe, junit, RUM, and object modeling.
