About the role

The Import Sales Specialist (ISS) is a key member of an import sales team for multiple markets.
Monitors import activity (incoming business from other markets or sales groups) for specific markets within a region, identifies potential issues and quickly resolves or escalates them as appropriate to ensure maximum revenue
Coordinates and ensures fulfillment of client campaigns including posting instructions & materials and Proof of Performance; quickly resolves issues as they arise.

Create Proof of performance documentation for client confirmations through life of campaign

2-3 years of experience in an administrative role with increasing levels of responsibility.
Education Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of relevant education/training and applicable job experience or military experience.

Able to read, analyze and interpret verbal and written requests and directions.
Able to complete required math calculations (e.g, multiply, divide, rate, ratio, percent, produce / interpret bar graphs).
Able to deal with problems quickly, multi-task, and prioritize work.
Proficient in Microsoft software applications (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
