Responsibilities
- Implement and enforce Uprite Construction safety programs across active jobsites
- Lead jobsite safety orientations and ongoing training for field personnel
- Develop Job Hazard Analyses and Site Specific Safety Plans
- Support Superintendents and Project Managers with safety planning and execution
- What You'll Bring: • Minimum 5 years of construction safety experience • Strong knowledge of OSHA and Cal OSHA standards • Experience supporting industrial or commercial construction projects • Ability to manage multiple active jobsites • Strong communication and leadership skills • Comfortable working in active construction environments • Proficient with safety documentation and reporting tools
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of construction safety experience
- Strong knowledge of OSHA and Cal OSHA standards
- Experience supporting industrial or commercial construction projects
- Investigate incidents, near misses, and injuries and complete required reporting
Nice to have
- OSHA 30 Construction
- CHST or CSP preferred
- First Aid and CPR
- Confined Space and Fall Protection training a plus

- The Safety Manager is responsible for overseeing and enforcing safety programs across multiple construction projects in the Roseville and greater Northern California region.
