Responsibilities

  • Implement and enforce Uprite Construction safety programs across active jobsites
  • Lead jobsite safety orientations and ongoing training for field personnel
  • Develop Job Hazard Analyses and Site Specific Safety Plans
  • Support Superintendents and Project Managers with safety planning and execution
  • What You'll Bring: • Minimum 5 years of construction safety experience • Strong knowledge of OSHA and Cal OSHA standards • Experience supporting industrial or commercial construction projects • Ability to manage multiple active jobsites • Strong communication and leadership skills • Comfortable working in active construction environments • Proficient with safety documentation and reporting tools

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of construction safety experience
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA and Cal OSHA standards
  • Experience supporting industrial or commercial construction projects
  • Investigate incidents, near misses, and injuries and complete required reporting

Nice to have

  • OSHA 30 Construction
  • CHST or CSP preferred
  • First Aid and CPR
  • Confined Space and Fall Protection training a plus
