Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will support plant operations by performing maintenance, repair, and installation of production and facility equipment to ensure safe, efficient operations at the Mankato manufacturing facility.
- Install, maintain, and support company machinery and equipment.
- Perform equipment changeovers to support production requirements.
- Coordinate maintenance activities to align with production schedules and partner with external contractors and suppliers for maintenance-related support.
- Coach and support team members on maintenance-related processes and best practices while following all safety policies and correcting unsafe conditions.

Requirements
- Experience with mechanical assemblies including gearboxes, drives, and related components.
- Knowledge of preventative maintenance practices.
- Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics systems.
- Ability to work 12-hour night shift on 2-2-3 schedule.
