Responsibilities

  • Become an expert of the platform, developing both technical knowledge and a comprehensive understanding for effective management.
  • Thoroughly read, interpret and understand plan documents.
  • Document key data points as necessary.
  • Collaborate with HR and Business Operations to resolve payroll, incentive, and plan-related inquiries.
  • Provide support for budgeting and forecasting processes, as well as assistance to F&A team, as assigned.
  • Technical ability to navigate, maintain, and update moderately advanced spreadsheets and systems

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree In Accounting or Finance required.

Compensation

  • Northmarq is seeking an Accountant, Incentive Compensation to join the Finance & Accounting department in its Bloomington, MN headquarters office.
