Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
- Ability to recruit top level student-athletes.
- Proficiency in Coaching strategies and in leading and mentoring student-athletes.
Nice to have
- Two years of Collegiate Soccer coaching.
- Knowledge of NCAA Division II and the NSIC conference rules and regulations.
- Other Requirements:
- The successful candidate must be able to lawfully accept employment in the United States by the day employment begins.
- Official transcript(s) from all degree granting institutions must be provided to the Office of Human Resources prior to first duty day.
- Employment for this position is covered by the collective bargaining agreement for the Inter Faculty organization (IFO) which can be found at https://www.minnstate.edu/system/working/docs/contracts/ifo-contract.pdf.

Compensation

- Job Description:
- Instruct student-athletes in ways to strengthen their Soccer Skills and teamwork skills.
- Skills in Soccer with a solid understanding of rules, gameplay, and training techniques.
- Exceptional Communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members, staff, and administration.
