- This role is responsible for anticipating guest needs, maintaining the highest standards of service excellence, and embodying the Forbes Five-Star service philosophy that defines the Wynn brand.

Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive, discreet, and anticipatory service tailored to each guest's preferences
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of lounge offerings, including premium beverages, culinary selections, and amenities
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion when interacting with high-profile guests
- Process transactions accurately, if applicable, and maintain proper documentation
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
- Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate across departments
Requirements
- Candidates must be at least 21 years of age
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Nice to have
- Prior experience in luxury hospitality, VIP services, or high-end food & beverage environments preferred
- Knowledge of fine dining service standards, wine, spirits, and luxury amenities preferred
- Preferred Skills & Attributes
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
