Responsibilities

  • Deliver attentive, discreet, and anticipatory service tailored to each guest's preferences
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of lounge offerings, including premium beverages, culinary selections, and amenities
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion when interacting with high-profile guests
  • Process transactions accurately, if applicable, and maintain proper documentation
  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
  • Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate across departments

Requirements

  • Candidates must be at least 21 years of age
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in luxury hospitality, VIP services, or high-end food & beverage environments preferred
  • Knowledge of fine dining service standards, wine, spirits, and luxury amenities preferred
  • Preferred Skills & Attributes
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus
